We walk over the ridge of the Mühlenberg toward Fürstenberg. We stay in the forest and meet the Kellerwaldsteig trail. We follow this trail through the Mombeck Valley back to the hiking car park.

In Herzhausen, not far from the Mühlenberg hiking car park, is the Kellerwald National Park Centre.EderseeHere we learn exciting information about the national park and also have the opportunity to stop for a bite to eat in the adjacent café.
