The almost 5 km long Route 1 initially runs in the Treisbachtal on the old Allendorfer Straße, which is now a forest and field path. The path then leads up to Herrenhöhe. Once you have reached this point and look to the north, you can enjoy the wide view of the Waldecker Land and also discover the “Neue Mühle”.
