The starting and ending point is the parking lot at the Helenenquelle spring. From there, follow the babbling brook towards Odershausen. At the second opportunity to turn left, continue along the path over a small bridge. On the other side of the stream, you can now walk back towards the Helenenquelle spring. However, this time you walk along the other side of the stream, past the Helenenquelle spring, until you reach the Sonderteich pond. From the Sonderteich pond, head back towards the Helenenquelle spring, but this time along the road above.
Once you arrive at the Helenenquelle spring, you can drink from it.
