The "Spicke" recreation area is one of 17 stations on the village discovery trail. Anyone wanting to discover more around Kleinern can also visit the other stations. Spending leisure time at Spicke means: experiencing, learning, recognizing, perceiving, and thinking.
The Wesebach stream runs through the complex and can be crossed via a suspension bridge or large stepping stones.

A highlight of the Spicke is the raft, where you can pull yourself across the pond. It's an absolute highlight for kids!
There are fantastic play options such as the tower slide, the climbing frame, a carousel, a digger in the sandbox, and bouncy castles. There's also a large zip line and a horn to jump on!
You will also find various play stations on the theme of “sound,” such as a speaking tube from one side of the pond to the other and a humming stone.
East of the Wesebach stream, there is a large stone labyrinth, animal houses for bats and insects, a fun seesaw for three people, and a seating area with a sunshade.
But quiet nature experiences are also possible. One route through the complex is a barefoot path with a variety of surfaces. There are plenty of benches and even loungers for relaxing. Numerous information boards with interesting facts about nature are scattered throughout the complex. There are plenty of seating areas with tables for picnics, and public restrooms are also available.
