Forest bathing in the Kellerwald National ParkEdersee

Together with Jessica Schmitz, course instructor for forest bathing, the participants immerse themselves in the healing greenery of the national park.
Participants should please wear weather-appropriate, rather warm clothing and sturdy footwear.
Seat cushions will be provided.
