Temporary help (m/f/d) for the visitor center Edersee
with focus Guest services/Visitor supervision

Your tasks:

• You are the contact person for our guests and ensure a warm welcome.

• You advise guests by phone and in person on site about our offers, sell tickets and souvenirs and are available to answer questions.

• You work with digital cash register and booking systems.

• You will be responsible for visitor supervision and ensuring a pleasant stay.

• You are responsible for replenishing the information media.

• You will support your colleagues in all other organizational matters relating to the visitor center. 
   

You bring: 

• Ideally, experience in guest services, sales, or a similar position.

• Enjoyment of interacting with people, a strong service orientation, and friendliness.

• Team spirit, reliability and resilience.

• Willingness to work primarily on weekends and public holidays.

• Confident use of MS Office.

• Excellent German skills; English or other language skills are an advantage.

• Enthusiasm for the region Edersee.
   

We offer you:

• A position on a €603 basis.

• A year-round employment relationship.

• Deployment 5 days per month.

• Fixed working hours, usually from 10:00 to 18:00, predominantly on weekends and public holidays.
